June Smalley

During my 25 years in Real Estate I have assisted many first time home buyers.  First time home buyer closings are always tough but working through the anxiety, stress and uncertainty is what makes it an amazing closing experience.  Closing with June was a close second.  June was closing on her last home.  She showed similar signs of uncertainty, anxiety, and stress, but for different reasons.  This in itself is a difficult time, but her home sold in under 2 weeks over the asking price. Trish met her to do the closing because I was out of town but we met her at her new residence post closing and she was in a great place.  She had an amazing smile, her best buddy by her side, and seemed to be as classy as ever.  Thanks so much to June and her daughter Gina for trusting in our service.  It was an honor to serve your family.
