Just want to congratulate Manolo and Caroline on the purchase of your first home. Every home buying journey has a story, and this one I can only describe as strong and patient. I look back to when I moved to Atlanta in 1995…I rented for 6 years then finally bought and have not looked back. Manolo and Caroline you went through 3 years of crazy interest rate swings, multiple offer markets, and prices going up etc. I am humbled for your trust in me during these turbulent times, and it was an absolute honor to work for you. More so, You can never look at the woulda’ coulda’ shoulda’ moments, and you didn’t. With eyes set forward, and when your family was ready, you made it happen.
