So many times in Real Estate I have said “I shoulda’ done this” but cheers to Quentin and Ali for having the courage to make it happen. Decisions in your 20’s that can help build wealth for a lifetime. Best part is, I think this is only the start for these two! Two years ago young Q (his friends call him) came to The Beeman Group and instead of renting bought a home in Duluth. He decided to sell this year and walked with enough money to put down over 20% on his new home in Decatur Ga. For those who think this is a bad time to buy, we had the sellers not only cover ALL of Q’s and Ali’s closing costs (over $13k) but also give $7K at closing for upgrades/repairs. Bad time to buy? I think we are on the cusp of a buyers market…Interest rates will change and the brave souls like Q and Ali will laugh, and look back on the bold move they made in an ever changing market! One thing they won’t be saying for sure is “I shoulda’ done this” congratulations to them both…looking forward to another hangout in Decatur!
