The Ginns

Just want to take a moment and congratulate my new neighbors on their first home!  Actually bought a couple of neighborhoods down the road, but definitely looking forward to hanging out and showing them the ropes!  Just an amazing home purchase experience, in an ever changing market they received ALL closing costs paid by the seller, and cash to do remodeling to bring the home to current conditions/codes.  So brave to do a big renovation on a first time home purchase with 2 littles at home, but that is what I liked about the Ginn’s…No Fear  Shout out to Michael Anthony for providing a seamless loan process. Both buyers and sellers were pleasant to work with in a great transition of a home to an awesome young family!  I am looking forward to seeing the final product and hanging out…Congratulations and see you soon!
