Last few months have been crazy with work, moving my family, and school/sports starting for the kids. However God puts people in your life sometimes to help you share in these times. Chelsi and Harrison came to us through a referral. They have 3 little ones and have been dealing with a lot of family stuff. They not only sold but also bought a home with us. They had to deal with challenges on the seller and buyer side. They showed composure and pure class on both sides of the transaction. Cheers to their whole family and may you be blessed with many amazing times in your new home!
Every closing experience is a learning experience. Today I closed on a home for Kathy Politis. An amazing woman that I had the pleasure of getting to know and serve. From contractors to friends, you can tell everyone in Roswell knew her and the positive effect she has in the community. The transaction had a couple of bumps but Kathy always smiled and her composure was pure class. It is tough letting go of a home you had for 30+ years. They say “if these walls could talk…” This home had so many memories… you could feel it. I hope that life continues to bless her with class and that contagious smile. What an amazing life experience!
Happy closing Tupee and Pat! Happy times are due to a woman that spends her time working with elderly and helping people enjoy their final hours. With Andy Beeman’s soft hand guiding you to the finish line and his handsome brother handling the front line, safe to say you were in good hands! What a beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood, for a beautiful family! I wish all of you many happy memories and I am looking forward to getting together soon. Congratulations and we will see you after the move!

Two months ago I met an amazing person…Leah Conley. She was looking for a new home, dealing with work, family going through some challenging times, and did all of this with an amazing attitude and beautiful smile. She was a complete pleasure to work with, even met some of the family! I have a lifelong friend and wish her the best in her new home!

The Wofford’s now top the list as the tallest couple to close with us. Chris at roughly 6’8” and Erica at 6’2”ish (7’ in heels), were the most “down to earth” couple I have worked with. What an absolute joy it was helping them for the second time! We hope this move provides some great times and puts you a lot closer to some amazing “watering holes.” Good luck guys!
