Amidst a global pandemic… we bought a house! These past few months have been crazy navigating selling our condo and finding the right house for Zac and I and our furry, four-legged children. None of this would have been possible without the support of our families and our amazing realty team (special shoutout to Dave Sweetman). Can’t wait to make this house our home.

Superheroes in disguise Jenna and Brad Mitchum were calm, collected and an absolute pleasure to work with! They were referred to The Beeman Group by friends/college roommates of theirs who the Beeman Group worked with earlier this summer (Liam and Jessica Curran). The Beeman Group successfully sold Liam and Jessica’s home, while also completing their purchase.
The Mitchums are a family of four soon to become six! With two toddlers at home, they prepped their current home for sale, including painting, landscaping, staging, packing, and moving items to relatives’ houses and storage units. They did this with the additional challenges of Covid 19 Pandemic while both still working full time schedules! Brad and Jenna hit their listing timeline and due to their preparation, their current home SOLD FOR FULL PRICE WITHIN ONE WEEK OF LISTING!
While prepping their home for sale and accommodating appraisers, inspectors and agent showings, Brad and Jenna also had to find their new home. That meant spending hours looking through properties online and even more time touring properties in person as soon as they hit the market. Working together, we found their perfect home in the AREA #1 ON THEIR WISH LIST.
Both the sale of their previous home and the purchase of their new home closed on time and Brad and Jenna are now ready to make years of memories in a house that will be perfect for the six of them, with room for extended family as well.

Rich recently sent his oldest daughter to GA Southern, and can sleep at night knowing GA Southern produces some pretty great people! On 8-28-2020, I officially became an ATL homeowner. The process was definitely scary and long, but I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Richard Beeman found me a gem, and it had EVERYTHING I wanted and more. He was patient, understanding and always answered my questions. He treats you like family and negotiated things for me that I’m still shocked we got! Laura Cristina Ortiz also hooked me up with a great loan and was there for me as well!! Richard and Laura made the process not scary and flawless!

Jurgan Damm of Atlanta United is clocked as the second fastest soccer player in the World!! That is an amazing thing to say about a man, given the number of soccer players out there. It is a big challenge moving from another country especially during a time like now…Jurgan never looked in a rush. He took his time and found a good home in an awesome area of Atlanta. The Nate Horton Experience stated in 2017. We began with a rental in Vinings and after looking for 2+ years finally found a cool in town home! Ludwig and Betsy were referred to The Beeman Group from previous clients we helped purchase a home. Ludwig works for Atlanta United on the corporate side and Betsy is a Pharmacist. They were ready to make the move from their apartment in The Battery to a Single Family Residence of their own. It is also in a very sought after school district. Betsy and Ludwig took on this home search, while also coping with COVID 19 protocols and planning their wedding!

Manny and Jackie bought a little townhome back in 2017 and it became a great investment that helped them move into their new home we closed on this year.
