Congratulations to AP and Sandy!! In a market that drives fear and uncertainty into a lot of buyers, Anthony and Sandy found a way to make it happen, closing on their beautiful new home in the Upper Westside of ATL! They were able to get their rate below 5%, maximizing builder concession while interest rates keep increasing. Building in this market is a journey…but now it is time to start living! Been working with my good friends for over 10 years, helping them in 4 Real Estate transactions and I can’t thank them enough for their friendship and continued trust. Tom and Eileen Hepler

Tom and Eileen are repeat clients for The Beeman Group. They purchased a home 7 years ago in Roswell through us, and now they have decided to flee the hustle and bustle of metro Atlanta to enjoy their golden years in a tiny town in Mississippi. Richard and I were happy to facilitate their home sale in Georgia so they could purchase their home in Mississippi. Their house was immaculate, thanks to Eileen’s eagle eye house prep and tasteful renovations done prior to sale. As a result, we had 38 offer in 2 days(yes, 38!!) and all were well over list price.  After narrowing the field down from 38 to 4, we were able to cut it to 2 and Tom and Eileen picked the winner.  Closing went smoothly and the Heplers are on to their next adventure in “The Deeper South”. Being friends of mine for almost 30 years, they will be missed, but we are all happy for what comes next for them!
