Congrats to Brandon, Gabby and little Scottie!! This family toured homes from the Northside, Westside and in between, always with the little one in tow. They finally got a great home in Smyrna, with plenty of room for their growing family and close to Brandon’s video work for Mercedes Benz Stadium. We were even joined by their parents who made the trek down from upstate New York to look at properties and provide advice. Congrats!!!
It started with a simple phone call from Spencer asking for how much he might be able to rent out his current house at some point down the road. Spencer, being the decisive person he is, not only had his house up for rent, but was Under Contract on his new condo a week later! After seeing close to 20 properties in a week, Spencer saw this one and after 30 seconds in the property, said, “this is it, let’s do it!” The rest is history and Spencer is now only a 10 minute commute away from his 20 year gig of spinning records in one of Atlanta’s most famous nightclubs. We will see you there soon Spencer. Welcome to Brookhaven and the look, feel and atmosphere you wanted. Way to go after it and get it done!
It was great to work with Brandon, Liz and family and help them close on their first Atlanta purchase. Brandon started a new job here in the spring and Liz relocated down with her company. The move from Virginia happened quickly and the rental home they were in was not the answer any longer. They both knew that they would “know it when the saw it” and sure enough, they wasted no time when we found “the one”. Their new home has more than enough room to hold them, their two little ones and any visiting in laws/family. I am so excited for them. As Liz said, “now we really feel like we live here”.

After just a few years removed from High School, Tameron might just be the youngest buyer to close with The Beeman Group!! Tameron, in his early 20’s, is already a successful business owner and now a proud homeowner. Tameron knew what he wanted from the start. A good amount of land and a convenient location to his business. He found both in Kennesaw and although there were some challenges along the way, Tameron never waivered and he got the deal done. Congrats Tameron. You are on your way to great things!! We look forward to how you put your professional touches on that
acre plus of land.
After 3 decades in Los Angeles, California, Erle and Cindy decided the time was right to start a new chapter 3000 miles away. With the help of lifelong friends who lived in the area(not to mention FaceTime), Erle and Cindy were able to lockdown their dream home in scenic Suwanee. They got everything on their wish list, all while navigating the process from the opposite coast and selling their property in L.A. My gratitude to this wonderful couple for reaching out to me after a chance meeting almost a year earlier!! Lot’s of shipping containers later, including vehicle transports, Erle and Cindy are now fully settled and ready to enjoy all that Georgia offers. It’s difficult to leave “home” after 30 years, but this couple jumped in with both feet.
Congratulations to Ashraf and Zafirah! This brother and sister combo never gave up on their dream of buying their first home. This closing was a year in the making!! Despite a crazy market, with little inventory and 15-20 offers on every property on day one, Ashraf never uttered the words, “I give up”. His perseverance paid off and now he and his siblings have a great home close to both of their work locations. I wish I had bought a home at such a young age. Ashraf, all of our hours upon hours in the car or on the phone paid off, thanks to your determination. Well done Ashraf and Zafirah!!
Talk about buyers who executed their “gameplan” flawlessly… Jose was a recent addition to the talented Atlanta United Academy coaching staff and was put up in a hotel room for a few weeks. Danielle was still in Orlando, working full time in her nursing profession and taking care of their little ones. Danielle would make the 7 hour drive, with the kids, to look at houses, then do the reverse drive straight back. Jose was joining as well, despite a heavy training schedule during peak season for ATLUTD. They got the perfect house for them, and Danielle had to fly in day of closing, and fly back out the same night!! Unreal execution, but not surprising. We are so happy for them to start their new chapter here in the ATL.
Every year I look forward to helping out the players, staff, and coaches from ATLUTD. It’s always interesting to work with families from “Across the Pond”. Jack and his wife, Alex ,hail from The United Kingdom and Jack has been a member of the Atlanta United Coaching staff since 2019. It was great to work with them and their young family. The accents never get old, either. We look forward to Jack developing even more great “ballers” in the Atlanta United pipeline. In their limited downtime, I am sure they will enjoy everything the town of Woodstock has to offer. Congrats to the Collison’s!
Congratulations to Tracy. Job well done as Tracy completed a sale of her current property and purchase of her new property within weeks of each other. Richard and I were honored to represent her in both transactions. Tracy juggled caring for her lovely granddaughter, working full time, packing up her large home, looking at new homes and navigating the details of each transaction in a seamless manor. We are so happy for Tracy, as she moves on to the next chapter of her life journey. Tracy, have fun walking to downtown Vinings to restaurants, shopping and dining, as well as taking a short Uber ride to watch your World Champion Braves at Truist Park at The Battery!
David and Kristen were the true heroes of this one! Despite delays that than come with new construction purchases, as well as unforeseen delays due to the pandemic, supply chain delays and new HOA creation, these buyers persevered through it all. The result is an unbelievable brand new house in a fantastic location with plenty of room to start growing their family. Oh, and they did all of this while both working full time, managing the lease of their current property AND planning their large wedding in the Midwest. KUDOS!! What a 6 months!! CONGRATS!!
