It has been a crazy month with the start of school, open houses and other life events that pull you in so many different directions. Loganne’s closing had all of those elements that make buying a home challenging for a single girl. Through the drama she kept her eye on the prize and made it through. It was an absolute pleasure helping a fellow Philadelphian! Cheers to Loganne for keeping a cool head, congrats on your new home. Just in time for Football Season…Fly Eagles Fly!

Six months ago we started this journey with Felicia and Darlington Nagbe. It was not just a home closing but a new beginning for an amazing family. They went through a lot of challenges during their journey but Felicia and Darlington kept positive and it paid off. Working with many of the other players they referred to Darlington simply as “D”. ..Why “D”? The simple answer is that his name starts with “D”. On the eve of Father’s Day the “D” stands for a great “Dad” that throughout moving his family from West Coast to the East Coast of the US, “D” always put his family first. Sure “D” is a US National soccer star and absolute rock in the midfield for our ATLUTD. However, the true measure of a man is how well he takes care of his Family. 2 kids under 5yrs, games in and out of town, and a pregnant wife with one one the way…you did great. Felicia…thanks for just holding it together (you have enough going on). It was an amazing closing and the beginning of a great friendship with the Nagbe’s…Cheers “D”!

Helping Mark and Emma was an amazing experience! Mark was the first Atlanta United player that bought a home through me in 2017 right when the magical season one started. Being from Atlanta, Mark and Emma knew right away they wanted to stay in town. You both found a cool home in an awesome location and watching your family “bloom” is such a blessing. The Beeman group is fortunate to have the Blooms in our life!
