After 20 plus years in Dunwoody, Meg and Dave sold their house so Meg could move closer to her parents in Mississippi. It was a beautiful home located near Dunwoody village with a fully renovated basement and a pool out back. It was a bittersweet move for them, but they are thankful for the 20 years. Big thanks to Richard for managing the pre-sale duties, open houses and contract negotiations so Dave could stay in the background and prepare for what comes next. We closed on time and over list price, which definitely made the transition easier. Meg has already made the move to Mississippi and Dave is excited to see what comes next for him.
