Congratulations to Melissa! A native of metro Atlanta, Melissa is no stranger to the area. With that in mind, she knew the area that she wanted, the features that she wanted and the price that she wanted. Melissa and I took numerous weekend and evening trips to properties, but she wasn’t about to buy one that didn’t work for her, her four legged friend and her family. As the 2022 holiday season approached, came and went, we made a push to get it done and we did in 2023. Melissa’s new home is a blank slate for her to put her “handyman skills” to work, while also being in the neighborhood that she wanted. I look forward to seeing the finished product in the months to come!
