First time homebuyers and newlyweds Wes and Nohely got it done!  I am so happy for these Florida transplants.  Wes and Nohely made huge sacrifices to make this happen and worked through last minute “challenges” from the seller side.  In the end, the nurse and filmmaker bought a house with more than enough room to hold any new additions to the family.  No pressure.  Thanks for being on the pandemic front lines Nohely and we will look for Wes on many movie credits very soon.  Welcome to Smyrna!

Our world travelers, “Ben and Cat” decided to put down some roots near friends and family in Roswell.  They pulled this off while juggling remote working and traveling to the frozen white North in the dead of winter and then to the sun-splashed Southwest to check on family.  They are truly troopers and we thank them for trusting The Beeman Group to be their eyes and ears in ATL when needed.    Next step, a farm in Italy!!. You heard me right.  What an interesting, amazing, and fun couple to get to know.

Congrats to Tucker and the entire Byrne family! This was truly a family effort, with family part of the entire journey. Mom Karen in New Jersey, Dad Kevin in Florida and New Jersey and Tucker here in Decatur. Tucker and family fought through two pandemic surges and countless property visits all over metro Atlanta.  It is truly inspirational to see a 22-year-old Atlanta Police Officer realize his dream of home ownership at such a young age. After long overnight hours protecting the public in downtown Atlanta, Tucker will be able to lay his head down in a suburban retreat surrounded by a golf course and peaceful atmosphere. You deserve it, Byrne family!  Thanks for all you do.

Congrats to the young couple from Mississippi State University!!  Hannah and Josh were first time homebuyers and navigated the waters like seasoned pro’s!  They tirelessly toured over 15 properties and when they saw the one that was perfect for them, Hannah and Josh pulled the trigger and got it done.  They were patient and waited for their ideal location.  It paid off!!  Welcome to Smyrna.  As avid football fans, Sunday football will be great in their new fan cave, watching their rival teams battle it out.

Amidst a global pandemic… we bought a house! These past few months have been crazy navigating selling our condo and finding the right house for Zac and I and our furry, four-legged children. None of this would have been possible without the support of our families and our amazing realty team (special shoutout to Dave Sweetman). Can’t wait to make this house our home.

Superheroes in disguise Jenna and Brad Mitchum were calm, collected and an absolute pleasure to work with! They were referred to The Beeman Group by friends/college roommates of theirs who the Beeman Group worked with earlier this summer (Liam and Jessica Curran). The Beeman Group successfully sold Liam and Jessica’s home, while also completing their purchase.

The Mitchums are a family of four soon to become six! With two toddlers at home, they prepped their current home for sale, including painting, landscaping, staging, packing, and moving items to relatives’ houses and storage units. They did this with the additional challenges of Covid 19 Pandemic while both still working full time schedules! Brad and Jenna hit their listing timeline and due to their preparation, their current home SOLD FOR FULL PRICE WITHIN ONE WEEK OF LISTING!

While prepping their home for sale and accommodating appraisers, inspectors and agent showings, Brad and Jenna also had to find their new home. That meant spending hours looking through properties online and even more time touring properties in person as soon as they hit the market. Working together, we found their perfect home in the AREA #1 ON THEIR WISH LIST.

Both the sale of their previous home and the purchase of their new home closed on time and Brad and Jenna are now ready to make years of memories in a house that will be perfect for the six of them, with room for extended family as well.

Thank you so much for trusting us, and using our services during this crazy transition. And thank you to Liam and Jessica for referring such an amazing family! Rich recently sent his oldest daughter to GA Southern, and can sleep at night knowing GA Southern produces some pretty great people! Looking forward to all of us getting together for dinner soon… we know we have a DD in Jenna 😉
